Richard Bardos, Principal, has nearly 30 years of experience in litigation. In addition to attending the standard 40 hour mediation program, Mr. Bardos has been a volunteer mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City for over 10 years. In that time, he has handled a broad variety of matters, including lead paint cases, contract disputes, auto accidents, worker’s compensation appeals and general litigation. Mr. Bardos’ civil litigation experience includes representation of corporations as well as plaintiffs in contract and employee disputes. He has extensive experience in health law matters, including medical malpractice litigation. He has tried over 50 jury trials to completion and is familiar with the courts throughout the State. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Bardos served for 11 years on the Maryland State Bar Association Ethics Committee. He is fully familiar with the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct and taught Legal Profession at the University of Maryland School of Law.
